Ας πάρω και εγώ θέση σε αυτό τον απίστευτο χλευασμό που παρατηρώ για το εργαλείο του NLP.

Δε ξέρω ποιοι το πουλάνε ως μοντέλο ψυχοθεραπείας και όχι ως μια εργαλειοθήκη τεχνικών που μπορεί να εφαρμοστεί (όπως και εφαρμόζεται σε πολλά θεραπευτικά πλαίσια ως αυτούσιο η και ως ελαφρός διαφοροποιημένο), και δε με ενδιαφέρει να μάθω.

Σαφέστατα μπορώ να μιλήσω για διαφορά πρωτόκολλα και μεθόδους που έχω αναπτύξει με την βοήθεια αυτού το υπέροχου εργαλείου τόσο με την ιδιότητα μου ως ψυχοθεραπευτής σε θέματα τραύματος, αλλαγής πεποιθήσεων και αξιών, όσο και με την ιδιότητα μου ως Λέκτορας εγκληματολογίας σε τεχνικές συνεντεύξεων και ανάκρισης - όμως αυτό είναι μεγάλη ιστορία για το πόσοι έχουν βοηθηθεί και πως από την πλούσια αυτή εργαλειοθήκη τεχνικών που ευχαρίστως κάποια άλλη στιγμή όταν αποφασίσω να ασχοληθώ να το κάνω.

Σε αυτό που μπορώ να συμφωνήσω είναι πως κάποιοι φορείς η εταιρείες εκπαίδευσης δίνουν πτυχία με κριτήρια εκπαιδευτικά που δεν τα γνωρίζω, που όπως και σε πολλά αλλά επαγγέλματα ακόμα και ακαδημαϊκά έχω μεγάλη απορία στο πως γίνεται και γιατί το κάνουν.

Πολύ απλό παραδείγματα στο πόσοι επαγγελματίες με ακαδημαϊκό background είναι στις αγορές παγκοσμίως και κάποιοι είναι εξαιρετικοί και κάποιοι άλλοι όχι.
Βέβαια κανείς δε λέει κάτι διότι από πίσω υπάρχουν έρευνες που ότι και να συμβεί σου λέει ο άλλος - αφού το λέει η επιστήμη κάτι θα ξερει.

Επίσης μη ξεχάσω να αναφέρω ως o 1ος Έλληνας μελος(τώρα έχουμε αν δε πάνω λάθος 3-4 και ευελπιστώ να μεγαλώσει ο αριθμός) του Leadership Summit of NLP ότι ο χώρος του NLP Παγκοσμίως αποτελείται από χιλιάδες ακαδημαϊκούς, διδάκτορες και επαγγελματίες στο τομέα της ψυχικής υγείας και σαφεστατα κανένας δε το πουλάει ως αυτούσιο θεραπευτικό εργαλείο.

Για τον κλάδο του Coaching είναι άλλο ένα χρήσιμο εργαλείο μέσα στα τόσα που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιήσει οποιοσδήποτε coach.

Στι Γαλλία που βρίσκομαι τα τελευταία χρόνια πέρα από ότι το Coaching είναι ακαδημαϊκά και κρατικά αναγνωρισμένο ως επάγγελμα οι περισσότεροι επαγγελματίες που γνωρίζω χρησιμοποιούν NLP τεχνικές σε πολύ μεγάλο βαθμό.

Είτε πρόκειται για την χρήση Γλωσσολογικων δομών που επηρεάζουν άμεσα το σύστημα πεποιθήσεων μας είτε για χρήση τεχνικών.

Επομένως για όλους εκεί έξω που σκέφτονται να κρίνουν το εργαλείο θα τους πρότεινα να κρίνουν τις σχολές και τους εκπαιδευόμενους τους πρώτα και μετά να ασχοληθούν με όλο το καλάθι με τα φρούτα…

Χρειάζεται να ενημερωθεί ο κόσμος πρώτα για τους φορείς και τα πρωτόκολλα τους και μετά να ασχοληθεί με τους ανθρωπους που το διδάσκουν και με τον κόσμο που πιστοποιούν.

Μιλάω ως 25 χρόνια επαγγελματίας στο χώρο αυτό με Παγκόσμιο Βραβείο για την συμβολή μου και της ομάδας των coaches κατά την διάρκεια της Πανδημίας, με πολλά data για τους ενδιαφερομένους, και εκπροσώπηση 3 Παγκόσμιων φορέων στην Ελλάδα .

Δε θα μπω στο τριπάκι του debate με κανέναν όμως ήθελα να πάρω θέση για κάτι το οποίο με βοήθησε σε πολλούς τομείς στη ζωή μου και σαφέστατα είναι μια καταπληκτική προσθήκη στην επαγγελματικη μου ιδιότητα και για αυτό το λόγο το πρεσβεύω.

Για τους άλλους που το παραβιάζουν και υπερθεματίζουν δεν έχω να κάνω σχόλιο, όμως θα κάνω …ασχοληθείτε με αυτό που πρεσβεύεται και αφήστε τον κόσμο να κρίνει τους επαγγελματίες του κάθε είδους. Διότι αν πάτε να πείτε κάτι σε αυτούς που προσωπικά έχω εκπαιδεύσει η είχα την χαρά να δουλέψω σε προσωπικό επίπεδο και πλαίσιο είτε θεραπευτικό είτε coaching μάλλον δε θα έχετε καμμία μα καμμία τύχη να τους αλλάξετε γνώμη 🙏

Και όπως λέμε στο NLP “The Map is not the Territory “.

Και το νέο πρόγραμμα, καλή διασκέδαση να φτιάχνουμε σε κάθε ταξίδι αναζήτησης που κάνουμε, και ταυτόχρονα να μαθαίνουμε να είμαστε παρατηρητές αυτού που μέσα μας μαθαίνει το πώς μαθαίνει και αντιδρά σε αυτή την διαδικασία με διάφορους τρόπους που εξυπηρετούν....η όχι...όμως ναι τελικά...

Wyatt Woodsmall is the founder and President of Advanced Behavioral Modeling,. Inc,. a training and consulting firm committed to dramatically increasing the performance of organizations and individuals through the use of advanced behavioral and learning technologies. Wyatt is an expert modeler, business consultant and trainer.

He is known for his vast range of interests and for his ability to synthesize complex ideas into new and more powerful models. Wyatt has been instrumental in pioneering the concepts and applications of behavioral modeling technology in the public, business and athletic sectors. He is the co-creator of Advanced Behavioral Modeling (ABM) ™ which is a technology for capturing and transferring excellence. He also does public trainings in NLP and Advanced Behavioral Modeling. He hasconducted over 36 NLP Trainer’s Trainings in 12 countries on three continents.
