Every person who excels in any field was once a beginner. A beginner who made mistakes and who overcame many obstacles to be where they are today. What made them different is that they kept showing up and kept taking those little steps forward to achieving their goals.

What we are teaches the child far more than what we say, so we must be what we want our children to become.
~ Joseph Chilton Pearce
Teaching children martial arts is an amazing and enthralling process that requires understanding, calmness, a sense of humor, and the enjoyment of being in touch with the childlike part of yourself.
Children provide a window to a world that is cheerful and optimistic...and that is not influenced by the taboos of the adult world.
They have an enthusiasm and radiance about them that is truly a wonderful feeling to be around.
It is important to remember that teachers of martial arts...as well as all teachers in any field must teach children with patience, compassion and love. ☯️❤️👊
