Really grateful for the opportunity – one of the highlights was our collaboration with the iconic Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC), creating tiny festive landscapes inspired by Stavros Niarchos Park.

Τελευταία ευκαιρία να κλείσεις τη θέση σου στο Advanced Moss Wall Workshop αυτό το Σάββατο!🌱
Ελάτε να δημιουργήσουμε μαζί ένα ξεχωριστό κάθετο terrarium με τροπικά φυτά, διαφορετικά είδη moss, πέτρες και ξύλο.
Θα δούμε διαφορετικές τεχνικές σχεδιασμού και φροντίδας για εντυπωσιακά διακοσμητικά τοπία μέσα σε γυάλινο δοχείο.

Το workshop είναι ανοιχτό σε όλους. Προηγούμενη εμπειρία με terrarium μπορεί να βοηθήσει, αλλά δεν είναι απαραίτητη.
Όλα τα υλικά τα παρέχουμε εμείς.

Terrarium Summer Care ☀️
5 Essential tips to keep your terrarium healthy 🌱

1. Keep it out of direct sunlight
Glass acts like a magnifying glass. If harsh sun rays hit your terrarium, it can overheat fast. Make sure it’s in a spot with bright, indirect light. If the sun shifts, adjust its position accordingly.

2. Ventilate regularly
Especially in closed terrariums, warm weather can trap heat and stale air. Crack the lid for a few hours every few days to let fresh air circulate. This helps regulate temperature and prevents mold or mildew buildup.

3. Water only when needed
Overwatering is one of the most common summer mistakes. Terrariums don’t need a regular schedule — always check the soil first. If the top layer feels dry, water lightly. If it’s still damp, wait. Too much water + heat = root rot. 💧

4. Watch for condensation
A little moisture on the glass is fine, but heavy fog or constant dripping means there’s too much humidity. Open the lid briefly to let it balance out.

5. Trim back overgrowth
Plants can grow faster in summer. Snipping back leaves that are crowding or touching the glass helps air circulation and keeps your setup looking beautiful. It also gives your other plants space to thrive. ✂️

🍒 Bonus Tip: Wipe the inside of the glass now and then — it helps light reach your plants and keeps everything looking fresh.

✨ Remember, balance is key – not too hot, not too dark, not too damp.

We are closing our store in Agia Paraskevi on Thursday, the 3rd of July, to start the move to the new space.
The online shop will stay open until the end of July with limited stock. But if you are after something specific, send us a message directly.
We are hoping to open the new store in Panormou around mid-September.
