COMMERCIAL COOKERY & HOSPITALITY TRAINERS
📍 Location: Kutubu Camps, Hela/Southern Highlands Region
🔄 Employment Type: FIFO – 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off

PNG Mining And Petroleum Hospitality Services Limited is seeking qualified and experienced Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Trainers to join our Training and Development team and deliver quality theoretical and practical training across our operating camps in Kutubu.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Commercial Cookery qualification, preferably an APTC Certificate III or equivalent
• Certificate III in Hospitality or relevant hospitality experience is an advantage
• NE Certificate II in Training and Assessment or equivalent trainer qualification
• Relevant commercial cookery and/or hospitality industry experience
• Experience delivering theoretical and practical workplace training
• Ability to identify training needs and develop appropriate training programs and resources
• Experience conducting assessments and maintaining accurate training records
• Computer literacy and strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote camp environment
