I was talking to myself the other day, and I asked myself what real success mean to me. This is a very important question, a question that I believe if people ask themselves frequently and have the right answer to it this world would have been a better place.
Success to me is not the goals I achieve in life, what I do with the goals I achieve is what determine my level of success. What I mean by this is that having a lot of money, being highly educated, having your dream job, being popular, etc these are all goals that people have in their lives and they struggle daily to achieve them. Now what they do with there goals ( being highly educated, having alot of money, secureing a dream job, popularity etc) is what will determine their level or success. In other words you can't be successful if you fail to add value to the community you live and the people around you.
Achieving your goals will help make things easier for you to be successful because it will increase your potential to do more great thing of adding value to your surrounding.
But I must also remind you that failing to achieve your goals shouldn't and can't stop you from being successful. Because everyone has the potential to add value into the lives of those around him/her. The amount of value you add to others doesn’t matter, what matters is your efforts. You don't need alot of money in order to live a successful life, you can live a successful life even without alot of wealth. You can have a lot of wealth and yet fail to live a successful life.
I'm praying for anyone reading this to achieve his/her goals and also pray that you use your the goals you achieve positively through adding value to your community and the people around you. Because to me that's what true success is, and is what I wish for myself and you.
Goals e.g wealth, education, job positions, titles, popularity, material things etc are all temporary stuffs, but when we use them positively through adding value to others they become everlasting which in turn make you a successful person. That is why people who use the goals they achieve positively are always honored even after death because they've turned their temporal goals to everlasting success and to me that's what real success is all about.
