Sera is the visionary of the Remembering Reuel Foundation. She oversees and champions our programs and department, ensuring we all fulfil the foundation's mission.

Meet Ms Cecilia, our Vice President!

She plays a key role in advocating for RRF, fostering stakeholder relationships and advancing our foundation's mission.

RRF was founded in memory of a beloved son whose legacy drives our work: raising awareness, empowering young people with disabilities, and advocating for accessible healthcare in The Gambia.
