End-of-year examination begins at Cape Point High School

After a long and rigorous academic year with commitment and dedication from students, we started our end of year examination for 2026.

The sole purpose of the examination is to assess how well students have understood and mastered the knowledge taught during the academic year. They also help determine whether students are ready to progress to the next class.

An honour worth celebrating!

On Wednesday last week, our able principal was honoured by The West African Examinations Council - WAEC for his tremendous service he rendered during his time as a staff member of their institution.

In recognition of the prestigious honour, our students took a moment to celebrate his achievement.

Mr Njie also took a moment to encourage the students to work very hard in their academics so as to be part of the students to be awarded by WAEC in the future.

Educational Trip, 2025-2026

Late in the first term, our students embarked on an enriching excursion to historical sites and other important places.

This experience allows them to connect directly with the nation’s heritage, deepening their understanding of history while fostering respect, identity, and civic responsibility. Such journeys strengthen academic growth and inspire them to value and preserve the legacy of the past.
