On 6th March, 1957, Ghana attained its political and social freedom from the British Imperialists with its first Prime Minister (1951-1956) and first President (1957-1964) Osagyefo Francis Kwame Nkrumah.
Sixty-five years down in history and governance and democratic consolidation, Ghana has been able to achieve remarkable successes.
The Students Legal Society therefore joins the national bandwagon to celebrate this independence day with all patriotism and nationalism.
