Public Consultation on the Draft Cybersecurity
(Amendment) Bill, 2025

The Government of Ghana is enhancing the Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038). In this regard, the Cyber Security Authority (CSA) is conducting a public consultation on the draft Cybersecurity (Amendment) Bill, 2025.

To ensure that Ghana's cybersecurity laws are responsive to the needs of all stakeholders, the Authority invites the public to provide input on the Draft Cybersecurity (Amendment) Bill, 2025.

The consultation period will conclude on October 24, 2025. All stakeholders, including Cybersecurity Professionals, Cybersecurity Service Providers, Civil Society Organisations, and the General Public, are encouraged to provide feedback on the draft Cybersecurity (Amendment) Bill, 2025 by this date via https://csa.gov.gh/public_document.php.
