Together with Tankesmedjan Global Utmaning and the support of Svenska institutet we talked with her about what can be done to ensure economic inclusion for women 👇

❓What can be done to obtain a gender equal business sector and ensure economic inclusion for women?
The government systems in place should be more favorable to women. Women should be provided with incentives and support to start and grow their businesses. Financial institutions also need to grant women with large loans to encourage and enable them to scale their businesses.

❓What do you want to see more of moving forward?
It is important to increase the financial and digital literacy among women. Those areas are lacking and should be included in the school curriculum already from primary school, together with courses and education in entrepreneurship. Also, a women's fund should be established to support growing female-led businesses.
