The 2nd Family Health University & Schweitzer-Michi-Ghana Students' Research Day showcased outstanding student-led research under the theme "Quality Research for Health."
Students presented 16 research posters and 9 turbo oral presentations, highlighting innovative solutions to pressing healthcare challenges.
Congratulations to all award winners, especially Dr. Daphne Afua Asare, who was named Overall Best Scientist for her outstanding research on Hepatitis B awareness among students of Teshie Technical Training Centre.
Here's to fostering research, innovation, and the next generation of healthcare leaders.

Making a difference beyond the classroom. ❤️🩸
As part of MSA Week 2026, Family Health University Medical Students, in collaboration with the Greater Accra Regional Hospital (GARH) Paediatric Oncology Department and Cure Childhood Cancer Ghana (CCCG), organised a blood donation drive to support children receiving care at the Paediatric Oncology Unit.
The team also donated GHS 5,000 and essential supplies, demonstrating that healthcare begins with compassion and service.

Also open to applicants with:
– IGCSE/GCE (O & A Levels)
– International Baccalaureate (IB)
– American High School (Grade 12 & 13)
– Other equivalent qualifications approved by GTEC
