One of the defining highlights of INFLUENCE 3.0 was the privilege of hosting an exceptional lineup of leaders and communicators who generously shared their wisdom, experiences and insights with our Ready Speakers.

From thought-provoking conversations on leadership and influence to practical lessons on building a meaningful legacy through communication, our special guests challenged us to think deeper, lead better and speak with greater purpose.

On 26th July 2026, we gathered for more than a graduation—we celebrated courage, growth and the incredible transformation that happens when people choose to find their voice.

INFLUENCE 3.0 marked the graduation of another remarkable cohort of Ready Speakers who committed themselves to becoming more confident, authentic and influential communicators.

From inspiring speeches and thought-provoking conversations, every moment reminded us that communication is not simply about speaking; it's about leading, connecting and creating meaningful impact.

One of the defining moments of the evening was the official launch of the Ready Speaker Conclave, our flagship five-day leadership and communication experience coming this October. It represents the next chapter in our mission to develop leaders whose voices inspire change.
