Every successful person has a secret. A secret that he don't share with everybody except the board who believes in the vision
Be mindful of the kind of people you share the "PLAN B" of the company with.
They can either leak vital informations to outsiders or competitors which will negatively affect the growth of your company
Alway try hard to build a trustworthy, loyal and dependable team whom believes in your dreams and are ready to chase the goals of the company
Mind you, whether you like it or not, there may be a "SELL OUT" among some trusted team members because of issues of Office Politicking, Jealousy, Envy, Greed, Coveteousness, etc., This shouldn't be something which must break you down as a leader of the group. They are challenges which teaches, directs and guides you to become the better Leader which is in you.
Mind you, no condition or incidence that will take place in your company is above human resolution, just be patient and hold yourself together, there you will be able to think critically to device ways and means to bring things to calm.
As a leader or an Entrepreneur, self confidence and believe of "I can do" spirit must be a part of you.
