Madam Justine Akpene Egbenya is a distinguished leader, retired Army veteran, and passionate humanitarian with a lifelong commitment to service and community development. Her illustrious career spans management, military intelligence, security, and peacebuilding, including participation in United Nations peacekeeping missions.

Madam Egbenya holds an MBA in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Conflict Management and Social Behaviour. As a Certified Project Manager, she has consistently demonstrated transformative leadership with impact and precision.
