My office yesterday commenced the painting of Mepe St. Kizito Senior Technical School.

This school served as the biggest displaced camp for some 1,500 VRA-induced flood victims until a recent relocation when we completed our first resettlement housing project so the school could be saved from collapsing.

The MP’s office is fully sponsoring the painting works of the entire school including the interior and exterior of dormitories, staff offices, administration block, labs and classrooms.

This is the next phase of interventions required to get the school ready for the resumption of academic work in a few days.

Earlier I sponsored fumigation of the school and ground works.

We shall do all in our power to save Mepe St. Kizito.
