TEMA Technical Institute

As part of the final year examinations organized by the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET), the Deputy Director-General (Management Services) of the Ghana TVET Service, Abdul Fatah Maigah Mahama, together with the Regional Director, Engr. Juliana Nkrumah, and her Deputy, Mr. Philip Aheto, visited our institution to supervise the conduct of the examinations and assess overall progress.

The team was taking round the various depaetments by the Principal, Mr. Armah Nyamekye.

We are highly honoured by their visit and deeply appreciate their commitment to ensuring quality technical and vocational education. We look forward to more of such engagements in the future

The Board Chairman of Tema Technical Institute, the Director-General of TVET, the Metro Education Director for Tema, Honourable Members of Parliament present, distinguished stakeholders, the Old Students Association (TETOSA), school management and staff, cherished students, and all protocols duly observed,

I wish to formally express my sincere and profound appreciation for the invaluable support extended during our maiden Tema Tech Week celebration. Your contributions, commitment, and active participation ensured the resounding success of the event.

As an institution, we remain steadfast in our commitment to delivering quality technical and vocational education, while fostering an innovative and enabling environment in which our students can thrive and excel. We are confident that subsequent editions of this celebration will be even more impactful.

I extend my deepest gratitude to the teaching staff, whose dedication, coordination, and supervision were instrumental to the successful ex*****on of the programme. Your resilience and unwavering commitment to the development of our students are highly commendable.

To the Old Students Association (TETOSA), we sincerely appreciate your remarkable presence and continued support. It is indeed gratifying to witness your enduring loyalty and commitment to your alma mater.

To our dear students, your creativity, diligence, and enthusiasm throughout the celebration were exceptional. Your efforts clearly reflected the spirit of innovation and excellence that our institution upholds.

I would also like to acknowledge, with gratitude, the invaluable contributions of the kitchen staff, whose consistent efforts ensured the provision of meals, and the security personnel, who diligently safeguarded the school community throughout the period.

To all Heads of Departments, I commend your continuous dedication and leadership. I encourage you to remain steadfast in your efforts, as we collectively strive towards greater achievements.

The ladies were also actively involved in the tournament, ensuring inclusivity and full participation.

The ladies were not left out, as they also showcased their talent and competitive spirit.

As part of efforts to promote unity and strengthen cooperation among schools within the Tema Metropolis, a tournament has been organized to select one school to represent the metro at the regional level. The two-day tournament will be contested between Tema Technical Institute and Tema Mission Technical Institute.

This initiative forms part of the Ghana TVET Service and Ghana TVET Service Gt. Accra Region program aimed at promoting discipline and discouraging hooliganism in football.
