Bakpa Avedo Immaculate Vocational Training Institute, has been officially commissioned. The Mankralo of Bakpa Traditional area Togbe Kofi Tosu lll was there to support the Most Rev Gabrielle Doe Kumordjie, Catholic Bishop of Keta-Akatsi Diocese and Rev Fr Wonder Senyo, Bakpa-Avedo Parish Priest. Also in attendance were Togbe Dogah, Bakpa-Agortakpo, Hon Gabby Hottordze, MP for Central Tongu, Hon Moore Zonyrah, DCE for Central Tongu, Hon Jonathan SETRAKOR Ocloo Assembly member, B'Avedo, Mr. William Ahiadormey, CEO Cropcare Gh Ltd, Mr. Lavoe Alex CEO Penuel international school, Hon Yao Amekor, CEO InTongu Ltd, CEO TVET Central Tongu, mr. Harry Nyaleduadzi, Executive Sec Bayef .
According to the principal of the school, Mr. Ck.Wotormenyo, Admission is officially open to the public and plans are underway to upgrade the school to Senior High Technical School.
Garment Construction Technology, Catering and Hospitality, Electricals, Building and Construction are the courses the school is currently offering.
