You sit in church week after week, hearing sermons, nodding in agreement—but what next?
You walk out, return to your routine, and leave the real work of the Kingdom to the "ministers." Ministry training? Not for you—after all, you’re just an “ordinary” member.
Soul winning? That’s for the clergy.

Evangelism? Not your job.

Giving? Someone else will handle it.

Yet, you complain that the church isn’t growing fast enough. You point fingers at leadership, expecting them to do it all, while you sit back, passive and uninvolved.
No prayer for the lost.

No outreach to bring them in.

No sacrifice to support the mission.

Just routine church attendance, making sure the sermon meets your expectations.
But have you forgotten the task of the Church?
Until we wake up—
Until we step into the work of the Kingdom—
Until we engage in training and take responsibility for souls—
The Church will remain weak.
The laity will stay uninformed.
The youth will continue ministering without preparation, untrained for the battles ahead.
Jesus' heart bleeds!
Lift your eyes and see—the harvest is ripe! (John 4:35).
Don’t be part of the crisis. Step up. Get trained. Get involved. The Kingdom needs you!
