With high levels of Vitamin C, B6, fibre, potassium, bananas are great in lowering blood pressure and preventing hypertension.
Make banana part of your daily meals. At least, eat one banana every day. Remember to also reduce the intake of salt, maggie, fatty foods and alcohol and try to drink more water. Exercise daily for better results.

On Saturday 3rd February we joined Songtaba on the ‘Healthier Diets for Healthy Lives (HD4HL) campaign’. The whole idea of the float was ‘Assuring Healthier Diets in Ghana through Food-Based Policies’. Food labeling and the need to ensure effective policies on it was one main component of our float.
Thank you Songtaba and other partners for making this possible. We are always available and willing to partake in your activities especially concerning nutrition and health as a whole.
