Nightingale School of Nursing was established in 2006 as a private 3-year college to train nurses to help bridge the resource gaps in the health care industries. Thousands of bright, ambitious students have passed through our doors, leaving a bit of themselves behind when they head off to that first job or to further their education. With 250 students living on campus and many in the surroundings, there's always something to do at Nightingale Nursing School. Our students fuel many clubs and organizations and more than 25 activities per week

OUTCOMES

Our graduates go on to careers in nursing, midwifery, education and others also chose to apply to medical school. Two-thirds go directly into jobs after graduation. Nightingale works with area hospitals, clinics and employment agencies to place students after graduation and continue to work the school's alumni on matters concerning employment and advanced education. Every year, about a 250 new students arrive on campus excited and full of hope. 3years later, 85 - 95% of the seniors graduate from Nightingale Nursing School as poised and confident adults. They leave us for appointments by the Ghana Ministry of Health and others go to graduate school, taking with them a sense of purpose and a commitment to improving the future for all the world's people.
