I .C.T can simply be defined as the application of Computers' Knowledge, telecommunications, mobile devices and other digital components to process data into information and to aid communication.

What is Information ?

Information is generally anything that makes sense and can be read, thought and understood. However, in the field of I.C.T,

INFORMATION is best defined as a processed data which is meaningful and useful to the user and can be used for making decisions.

What is Communication as used in ICT ?

COMMUNICATION can be defined as the process of exchanging or distributing or transmitting information via a medium called communication devices or media. E.g Talking, Reading, Writing etc.

What is the meaning of Technology as used in ICT?

TECHNOLOGY can be defined as the means of Communication or the use of hardware, software and other digital components to aid communication.
