You have the power to change your situation. Ignore the distractions. Forget past failures, get up and begin again. Put in your best at all times. Today's pain is the deposit for future gain. Other peoples's opinion of you, cannot determine your own future outcome. What you achieve today is the beginning of the journey towards another achievement. Today marks the beginning of the rest of your life. Make the best out of it. Chase after your dream!

Don't try to squeeze into someone else's shoes. Get your own, tie those laces like a pro, and make sure they're snug.

Sure, most people mean well and have your best interests at heart. But let's face it, you're the captain of your own ship.

When life has you feeling like a squirrel caught in a tornado, it's tempting to let someone

else take the wheel.

By all means, seek counsel and spill the beans to your trusted confidants. But if it turns into a game of 'Follow the Leader,' you're wandering into the land of lost souls.

In the immediate, this may seem like a way to relieve the pressure. After all, when we're struggling with choices and just trying to decide, our anxiety levels can skyrocket.

Giving someone else permission to tell us what we should do might connotes a form of self-abandonment. Nobody gets to control your brain unless you hand them the remote (and that's usually an accidental click).

Remember, even with the best intentions in the world, if someone has been in shoes similar to yours, they're still not your feet. Only you know what's the right fit for you.

Don't try to be Cinderella with someone else's slipper. Stick to your own shoes and tie those shoe laces like you're about to conquer the world (or at least your daily assignments).

Eagles Don’t Fly With Pigeons

Eagles are meant to soar high. They soar above storms. Reach new heights and gain new grounds. Pigeons, on the other hand, flock around others, flying far lower than eagles. They’re always on the ground eating crumbs.
They will never reach the same heights as eagles. Eagles’ minds are fixated on soaring, while pigeons rather remain closer to the ground flocking together.

The company you keep determines your drive and level of achievement. If you desire to rise to new heights, start by choosing your inner circle wisely.

You ultimately become who you hang around! If five of your friends are complainers, you’ll surely become number six. Likewise, if six of your friends are self-driven, innovative and creative achievers bent on moving to greater heights, the result is that you’ll become the seventh. This is because their habits will rub off on you too.

Critically evaluate your association. Many times, we know deep inside that we need to walk away from certain pigeons and surround ourselves with more eagles. If you continuously hang around pigeons, when you know you’re an eagle, you begin by acting like a pigeon and you’ll eventually transform into one!

Find other eagles, learn from them and elevate your goals and dreams. This will help you soar to heights you never imagined you could. You deserve it. Are you scared of being lonely? That’s why the top floor of life is not crowded. Get off the ground. Soar.

"In the business world, unfortunately, the rear-view mirror is always clearer than the windshield." - Warren Buffett.

Business is full of uncertainties. A rear-view mirror reflection of a vehicle is usually better than the windshield. That additionally assists us with driving carefully, like we ought to be maintaining a business. What we encountered is considered a benchmark. We utilize this benchmark to push forward and not repeat the mistakes.

As we navigate the dynamic business landscape, these words of wisdom from the legendary Warren Buffett turn out as expected. Each choice and achievement, whether triumphant or testing, adds to the back view reflect that shapes our way ahead.

- Since the windshield is less clear, in business also, it is unimaginable to expect to predict any dangers generally.

- Regardless of whether the view isn't clear, we continue driving. Likewise, we continue to push forward in business.

- Very much like in driving, risks and dread are dependably existent. The same is the situation with business.

- Assuming we meet with an accident because of no clarity while driving, we don't stop driving a car. Essentially, on the off chance that we run into misfortunes in a business, we don't quit working.

- A rear-view mirror provides us benchmarks and benchmarks because those are paths we have already taken

Similarly, in business, we experience specific ways, fortunate or unfortunate. We should embrace the illustrations of the past while controlling with assurance towards an imaginative and fruitful future.

Are you in love... with what you do?
You can only be outstanding when you find your life purpose and discover what you love doing and you do it.

We're wired differently in order to be effective and to suit our different life purposes.
If you've found yours, what's stopping you?
If you haven't, keep looking.

According to Warren Buffet, "The most successful people in business are those who do what they love"

Two boys dove into a river one day, challenging each other to swim across.
They swam strongly and steadily with the lead swimmer, not looking back, till he got to the other shore. Then, he realised that his friend was nowhere near.

“How was it that you did not follow me across?” He asked. The boy who turned back replied, “After I got about halfway, I looked back and saw how far I had come, I became afraid I could not make it, so I turned back.”

“The boy who swam across said "Couldn’t you see that it was just as hard to turn back as it was to continue swimming to your goal?”

One of the biggest obstacles to reaching our goals is fear.

Fear is an emotion that overrides our intelligence. It stops us from moving toward our goals, and negatively impacts our quality of life.

The Time to Act Is Now!

Having a vision alone is insufficient; it must be coupled with venture.

Consider a ship with a powerful engine and a beautiful exterior, but without sails. It could rest in the harbour for all eternity, its potential never realized. This is what vision is akin to without venture. It is a beautiful idea, but it is meaningless without action.

Venture is the driving force that moves us forward and helps us achieve our objectives. It is the wind that fills the sails of vision. Without venture, a vision is just a dream. It is something that we aspire to but never actually accomplish.

However, when vision and venture are combined, anything is achievable. You possess a vision of what you hope to accomplish, knowing that the journey will be difficult and dangerous. You venture forth, braving the elements and facing numerous obstacles.

However, you never give up on your vision. Imagine the peak of your journey of vision. It is a symphony of ambition and action, a tapestry woven from the threads of sweat, sacrifice, and unyielding commitment.

The vision that once resided in your mind is now standing before you, a tangible testament to the union of dreams and daring. The power of vision and venture combined results in achievement. Venture transforms our dreams into reality. It enables us to accomplish our objectives and make a difference in the world. The most magnificent creations, the grandest adventures, and the most profound transformations are born at the intersection of vision and venture.

Let go of any doubts, take a leap of faith into the unknown, and witness your vision come to life with each stride, a testament to the incredible power of the human spirit. Envision a world where everyone takes a chance on their vision. A world where people are unafraid to take risks and try new things. A world where everyone is making a difference.

This is the world that we can create together. So let us venture forth together. Let us make our visions a reality and create a better world for all.

In the forest:
The Elephant is the biggest animal; the tallest animal is a giraffe.
The wisest is the fox; the Cheetah is the quickest;
However, even without possessing none of these characteristics, the Lion reigns supreme over the jungle. Why?

The Lion is courageous, striking, strolls with certainty, dares anything and is rarely apprehensive.
The Lion accepts it is a relentless and daring individual.
It accepts every creature as nourishment forit without letting any opportunity pass it by because it thinks it's worth trying.
So, in every situation
• You needn't bother to be the quickest or most astute.
• You needn't bother to be the smartest or the most splendid.
• All you require is "fortitude" and the "will to try"
• To believe it is possible, all you need is "faith."

What you need most is self-confidence and the belief that "you too can do it!"
The Lion rests for 20 hours and labours for 4 hours and yet eats meat. Yet the elephant labours for 24 hours and eats grass.
Which is easier to get in the jungle? Life and business are just like the jungle.
As you desire to be a winner consistently, your life strategy is vital in handling situations and circumstances.

Keep up the Lion's spirit!
That is the state of mind of winners!
Shouldn’t you activate the Lion Mode now?

You don’t have to react to everyone or everything that bothers you. Reacting to everything that happens drains your energy and stops you from seeing the other good things in life.

Not reacting doesn’t mean you’re okay with things, it just means you’re choosing to rise above the situation. You’re choosing to be the bigger person. You’re choosing your peace of mind because that’s what really matter.
You don’t need more drama. Sometimes not saying anything at all says everything.

Reacting to things that upset you gives someone else power over your emotions. While you can’t control what others do, you can control how you respond, how you perceive it and how much of it you want to take personally. Sometimes it’s better to just let things be, let people go, without explanations.

Life is better lived when you dwell less on what’s happening around you and focus on what’s happening inside you instead. Work on yourself and your inner peace and you’ll find out that not reacting to every little thing is the first ingredient to living a happy and healthy life.
