As We Are Trying To Establish Koforidua Polytechnic Alumni Association, We Need Chapters In All The Regions. These Chapters Would Constitute 'NATIONAL CONGRESS' Therefore Interested Alumni Could Start Forming Their Chapters. Procedure for Chapter Formation: Organize A reasonable Number Of Koforidua Poly Alumni In Your Region, Hold A Meeting, Elect Executives, ie. President, V.President, General Secretary, Assistant General Secretary, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Male Organizer, And Women Commissioner. Now, The President And The General Secretary Would Represent Your Chapter At Congress Which Would Be Held Annually. All Chapters, Shall Be Recognized After The Approval Of National Council.
