The Final Chapter Begins – DigiCraft (Maker’s Track) 2025!

This week marked the start of the final batch of our DigiCraft (Maker’s Track) training program, wrapping up an incredible journey of , , and for artisans across .

Over the past months, participants have gained practical skills in Design Thinking, Entrepreneurship, Digital Marketing and Financial Management, tools that have not only boosted their confidence but also strengthened their ability to turn creativity into sustainable businesses.

As we wrap up this last cohort, we’re excited to continue the journey with a needs assessment and tool handover event, where participants will receive the essential equipment to grow their craft and make real impact in their communities.

A big thank you to our partners, facilitators, and everyone who’s been part of this transformative phase of the Project, implemented by Eastern Tech Hub under Fondation Botnar Our City initiative.

Measuring Impact, Strengthening Change

After equipping our DigiCraft participants with the tools they needed to grow their businesses, our team revisited them to see how these resources have influenced their work and daily operations.

The results have been inspiring; from improved productivity and better service delivery to increased confidence and innovation in their crafts. Each story shared reinforces the importance of not only training but also tracking real-world impact.

Understanding how these tools are transforming lives helps us refine our approach, celebrate progress, and identify new ways to support artisans across Koforidua.

This follow-up forms an important part of the Koftown Project, implemented by Eastern Tech Hub under Fondation Botnar Our City initiative, as we continue building sustainable opportunities for local makers to thrive.
