DESIGN & PRODUCTION OF OFFICIAL AGOSA SOUVENIRS

The A.G.B.L. Old Students Association (AGOSA) invites applications from individual designers, branding companies, souvenir producers, and other suitably experienced service providers to design and produce official AGOSA-branded souvenirs.

🛍️ Items may include:
• T-shirts
• Caps/Hats
• Cups/Mugs
• Keyholders
• Bags
• Other branded promotional items

📅 Application Opens: 17 August 2026
⏰ Application Deadline: 17 October 2026

Applications will be reviewed based on creativity, quality, originality, suitability to AGOSA, professional experience, production capacity, pricing, and overall value.

Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.

📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE – FUNDRAISING EXTENSION
Dear AGOSA Family,
The Executive Committee is pleased to announce that our fundraising exercise in support of our former Headmaster has been extended by three (3) weeks to allow every year group the opportunity to participate.

Why the extension?

We are still working to establish contact with the 2004 and 2005 year groups.

We have not yet received any response from the 2010 year group.

The 2016 year group requested additional time to organize their contribution.

📅 Important Dates

Final deadline for contributions: 28 August 2026
Presentation of the donation: 30 August 2026

Payment Information Members are encouraged to channel their contributions through their Year Group Representatives.

If you are unable to reach or identify your representative, you may send your contribution directly to the Association's Mobile

This extension gives every member another opportunity to join us in expressing our appreciation for a leader whose dedication, vision, and service have left a lasting impact on AGBL and generations of students.

📌 How to Make Your Donation
✅ All donations should be made through your respective

Class/Year Group Representatives.
If you do not have a Class Representative or cannot locate your year group, you are encouraged to make your contribution directly to the Association's official Bank or Mobile Money account, as provided on the flyer.

📝 Please indicate your Batch/Year Group as the payment reference when making your donation.

Every contribution, regardless of the amount, is a meaningful expression of our gratitude and support.

The extension provides additional time for all batch groups to mobilize their members and ensure that every willing member has the opportunity to contribute.

Members are kindly reminded to channel their donations through their respective batch/class representatives. Only members without an organized batch group or recognized class representative should make their donations through the Executive Committee.

AGOSA – Unity in Togetherness 🇬🇭 Nana Kwabena Aboagye Aboagye Appiah

AGOSA officially announces a donation initiative in support of our former Headmaster, Mr. Peter Dadzie.

As an association, we believe in honouring and supporting the teachers and leaders who contributed immensely to our discipline, education, and personal growth at AGBL. We therefore encourage all members and year groups to join this exercise in the spirit of unity, gratitude, and service.
