The People's Pension Project seeks among many other things to imbibe, build and cultivate the culture of savings and investment for some 100,000 people in the informal sector to help them cross old age poverty and retirement. We are targeting to provide at least 100,000 people in the informal sector of Ada with easy and secured channels of savings towards their retirement within the next five year

Lessons from ants
Ants have to work with the natural seasons. So in summer they gather their food and in winter they hybernate to conserve energy because of the lack of food. You need to know when to stop. Burnout is when you have come to the end of yourself and suddenly give up and withdraw from all kinds of work.
One way to learn is to listen,it doesn't make you foolish,it makes you wiser.
