A Tribute to Mad. Charlotte Kabukie Baako by Bedeku Technical Institute Staff
Hold Thou Thy cross before my closing eyes, shine through the gloom and point me to the skies. Heaven's morning breaks, and earth's vain shadows flee. In life, in death, O Lord, abide with me (Henry Francis Lyte)
It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we pay tribute to our dear colleague and friend, Charlotte, whose sudden passing has left a profound void in our hearts and within the institution she served so faithfully.
Madam Charlotte began her journey with us in 2018 as a NABCO personnel. From the very start, she distinguished herself with a rare combination of dedication, humility, and an unwavering commitment to service. Even when the NABCO programme was brought to a close, her sense of duty did not end there. Out of her own volition, she continued to serve as a volunteer, showing up each day with the same diligence and integrity that had come to define her character.
In 2022, her dedication was formally recognized when she was absorbed into the Ghana TVET Service as a facilitator in the Hospitality department. It was a well-deserved transition, and she embraced her new role with the same tireless work ethic and quiet strength that made her such a trusted and respected member of our team.
ChaCha was more than just a colleague, she was dependable, loyal, and sincere. Her work ethic was exemplary, and her trustworthiness beyond question. Whether working behind the scenes or supporting her team on the frontlines, she did so with grace, kindness, and a calm presence that inspired all of us.
We mourn the loss of not just a staff member, but a truly remarkable individual whose impact will be felt for years to come. Her legacy of service and integrity will remain in our hearts and in the history of BTI.
May her soul rest in perfect peace.
We love you.

Zoe Foundation Donates Industrial Sewing Machines to Bedeku Technical Institute in Memory of Late Mr. Isaac Adjonarh
As part of the 5th anniversary celebration and in a heartfelt tribute to the late Mr. Isaac Adjonarh, the Zoe Foundation has donated two brand-new industrial sewing machines to the Bedeku Technical Institute on 7th June, 2025. The donation was made in a symbolic ceremony led by the foundation's founder, Ms. Esther Adjonarh, who described the gesture as both a celebration of legacy and a commitment to youth empowerment.
“This donation is more than just a gift,” Ms. Adjonarh said during the presentation. “It is a continuation of Isaac’s dream to see young people, especially in under-resourced communities, equipped with the tools they need to build their own futures.”
The sewing machines are intended to enhance the institute’s vocational training capacity, particularly in fashion design and garment construction, empowering students with hands-on skills to compete in the job market or establish their own businesses.
Ms. Adjonarh also took the opportunity to thank all donors, partners, and well-wishers who have supported the Zoe Foundation over the years. “We would not have made it to this milestone without the unwavering support of our stakeholders. Thank you for believing in our mission,” she added.
The management of Bedeku Technical Institute expressed profound gratitude to the foundation, assuring that the equipment would be put to meaningful use for the benefit of the students.
The Zoe Foundation remains committed to community development, education, and youth empowerment across Ghana and beyond.
BTI remains thankful to the Zoe Foundation.
