As Guest of Honour, at the Dialogue 2025 and the official launch of , the Deputy Chief-of-Staff, Hon. Nana Oye Bampoe-Addo delivered a powerful reminder: Ghana’s Economic Reset Agenda must begin by resetting the workforce itself; starting from the classroom to the construction site, from textbooks to tools, and from curriculum based theory to hands-on, field-ready expertise.

She emphasised that skills development is no longer optional; it is the foundation upon which Ghana will build a sustainable, inclusive economy. In her words, the future workforce will not be trained for yesterday’s world, but equipped for tomorrow’s opportunities; through innovation, practical training, and a national commitment to skills acquisition across all sectors. From policy to practice, Ghana is ready to reset. Hon. Nana Oye Bampoe-Addo’s call is clear:

🔹Transform education.

🔹Prioritize practical skills.

🔹Empower the youth and marginalised groups to lead the reset.

Because true development happens when knowledge meets action and when everyone is given a seat at the table.
