Some young mothers enrolled in the Internship training in Tamale were attending practical sessions with their toddlers; raising safety concerns and highlighting a critical gap in childcare support.

In response, the Precision Quality Internship, in collaboration with DTI Africa () and Dabokpa Technical Institute, with support from the Mastercard Foundation (), commissioned a Day Care Centre on April 29, 2026: a gender-responsive solution ensuring young mothers can participate fully in skills training without leaving anyone behind.

Last week, 164 interns Precision Quality Interns came together at the ALX Ghana Hub () for a day built around connection, growth & community and it did not disappoint🔥.

The day kicked off with a Soft Skills Training session led online by Mr. Paul Asiedu, projected live at the hub to keep every intern aligned and energised from the start.

From there, the energy only grew:
🗒️ Ms. Comfort Yirenkyi led a powerful resource session on bonding, collaboration, and team synergy: setting the tone for the kind of community we’re building through this program.

⚡ Ms. Adelaide’s youth empowerment session brought excitement, interaction, and real momentum; especially when the group competitions kicked in.

🎮 And then came the fun — Cross the Pond, Paper Tower Challenge, FIFA, Oware, Cards, UNO, and a full spread of board games that had interns asking for more time before the day was even over.

It was more than an event. It was a reminder that growth happens in community.

Last week, our Soft Skills Session on Personal Branding was led by Hon. Dzifa Tegah (), who took time out of her busy schedule to engage interns across our training centers in Accra.

As young, skilled individuals preparing to enter the professional world or build their own businesses, interns were equipped with practical insights on how to position themselves with clarity and confidence.

The sessions were highly interactive, insightful, and engaging; creating space for real conversations and reflection.
