Constitutional Review process underway is expected to cure the said mischief of Article 20 (5)(6) of the 1992 Constitution to ensure the reversion of State Acquired Lands to pre-acquisition Land owners, the Stool from whom it was acquired by the State for the specific stated purpose and period should either change or lapse...

The Parliament of Ghana is no refuge for La; as several past and current members of Parliament have looted La Lands; with Rt. Hon. Speaker Bejina Sekyi-Hughes and Freddy Blay's names listed among the many beneficiaries of the looted La Lands acquired for specific purposes by the State...

The Executive arm of Government, from the Presidency through Cabinet, Ministers and Appointees institutionalised the La Land Looting through illegal and unconstitutional policies leading to Systematic State Sponsored Looting of prime State Lands and Bungalows especially under President John Agyekum Kufuor and Akufo Addo.

Boafo and Sam Jonah who recently echoed what Sam George, Sam Okujeto and I have been saying for years; that the Accra skyline announce Corruption and Galamsey Money Laundering and Land Looting; that the proceeds of these crimes are hidden in plain sight through the real estate developments springing up in the Prime areas of La notably the Cantonments, Labone and Airport enclaves manifed in Mansions and Apartments...

Former Lands Minister Kweku Asoma-Cheremeh prior to being removed from office like others before him, illegally and unconstitutionally transferred State Lands to third-parties as amplified by the Cantonments Civil Aviation Authority land which was originally acquired for Wireless navigation purposes from the La Stool and should have reverted to the La Stool upon expiration of the lease, not the La Traditional Council which is a statutory body.

Similarly, the Tradefair Acquisition which includes the African Lake and the two SSNIT HOTELS namely the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel and Labadi Beach Hotel whose Beachfront has illegally been sold to Polo Club owned by Freddy Blay's son by the La Traditional Council, a Statutory body which per a Supreme Court ruling in 2020 barred from dealing in land as the La Stool is the only entity owning the land and has the capacity to so do must be investigated.

*Business associates of various State Actors have taken over lots of the La Stool Lands and Beachfront property with complicity of the Lands Commission and the Lands Ministry; some revocations have been announced not published in the newspapers as promised nor retrieved as expected within the spirit of Operation Recover All Loot.*

*GOLD KEY Properties and other companies and names such as Bediako appear several times on the revocation list yet construction work continues at various sites including Cantonments, Labone and Airport enclaves.*

Focus is especially on the large tracts of State Acquired Lands at the Airport City stretch towards the 37 Military Hospital which has been sold to private developers leading to the wrongful relocation of the DVLA OFFICE, POLICE WORKSHOP AND MILITARY INSTALLATIONS INCLUDING THE BASE ORDINANCE DEPOT to Kpletso and Haatso.

The wrongful relocation of the Base Ordinance Depot is being used as the reason the military is stealing or looting the hundreds of acres of prime La Lands around Chain Homes, Burma Camp and the illegal Military Cemetery ares which has not been acquired by the State for the military...

*The demise of the La Mantse and consequent absence of the occupant of the La Stool does not mean the La Stool and its interest is extinguished.*

The State must take urgent steps to end the destabilisation of La and the La Stool, usurpation of the Customary and Traditional roles of the Paramount Chief by a statutory body, the Traditional Council and the indiscriminate Looting of La Stool Lands.

The State entered into land acquisition agreements with the La Stool, thus to avoid bastardizing such agreements and consequences on similar agreements with other Stools in Ghana must treat with urgency the resolution of the La Stool vacancies and attendant Looting of its Prime Lands and Beachfront.

La must be given a fair opportunity to reset itself, enstool replacements for the deceased Royals such as the La Mantse, La Dzasetse, Lumoshishi Kowe Akutsotse and La Kpa Wulomo...

CONFLICT OF INTEREST, LEGAL ETHICS, PERJURY & REMOVAL FROM THE BAR & BENCH:

*The law firm, SK Boafo & Co owned by Lawyer S.K. Boafo, a former Ashanti Regional Minister during the Kufuor government who is listed as a beneficiary of the La Stool Land Looting during the tenure of President John Agyekum Kufuor comes up for special mention.*

The unethical conduct of Lawyers of the SK Boafo & Co in the ongoing La Mantse case at the Regional House of Chiefs must come under the spotlight as a lawyer for the firm attempts to inter-meddle, attempts substitution without notification of his client who in open courts claims was unaware of the action and had no authorization to initiate such a process which was on his blind side.

The lawyer, Baarfi's defence was that it was due to slips and typographical errors when confronted with perjury charge.

S.K Boafo & Co claimed same slips and typographical errors for claiming to be representing a "KEY DECEASED CLIENT" who they never met, never were contracted by nor received any instructions from during his lifetime in clear breach of the law and warranting action by the General Legal Council and sufficient grounds for removed from the bar and bench.

*As son of the late La Dzasetse Nii Odotei Adjei, who the S.K. Boafo &Co claimed to represent without his consent and authorization even in death, I shall proceed to exact the full price for the unethical and criminal actions by lawyer acting for and on behalf of the firm, S.K. Boafo & Co.*

NOBODY WILL BE ALLOWED TO DELAY FURTHER THE FILLING OF THE LA STOOL VACANCIES SO WE END THE LA LAND LOOTING.

Beyond clinical care, Dr. Narh’s vision extended into training the next generation. Recognising the shortage of health professionals, he helped establish a nursing school which has since evolved into a full college, producing nurses, physician assistants, and other health professionals serving both Ghana and the global community.
