Inclusive E-Government Services in Ghana: Enhancing Women's Access and Usage 22/07/2023

I am pleased to announce the publication of a pivotal research study, "Inclusive E-Government Services in Ghana: Enhancing Women Access and Usage," conducted by GSMA in partnership with our esteemed local collaborator, the Institute for Development and Economic Research (IDER).

This comprehensive study critically examines the digital landscape in Ghana, with a specific focus on understanding the access and usage of e-government services by women. The insights drawn from this rigorous investigation hold significant implications for the socio-economic development of Ghana.

This study forms a substantial contribution to the Government of Ghana's digitization agenda, providing valuable evidence-based data that can inform the formulation of policies aimed at improving women's digital inclusiveness. Through a more nuanced understanding of the current scenario, we can collectively address the gender digital divide and facilitate balanced economic progression.

We firmly believe that the findings from this research will enable us to take effective steps towards a more inclusive digitization strategy, thereby advancing our efforts to foster an equitable society where every individual has equal opportunities in the digital realm.

Join us in disseminating these vital findings and leveraging them to shape a digital future where inclusivity is at the forefront.
