laboration with industries and institutions to create a sustainable future. In realizing this dream, Ihope build strong and lasting relationship with corporate bodies (i.e. governmental, commercial and faith-based organization). Contribute to provision of employable skills

We empower the youth between the ages of 17-25years:
1. JHS/SHS graduates
2. Early school drop-outs
3. Orphans/vulnerable
4. Semi-illiterate
Ihope programme comprises the following components:
1. Recruitment: Ihope enroll youth who have dropped out of school, unemployed, living in poverty, can read and/write and desirous of achieving their dreams
2. Counseling: Beneficiaries are counseled to identify their interest and to help solve any challenges they are going through before and during enrollment.
3. Business Management Skills Training: Instruction is provided in business management skills throughout training duration. Instruction is paced at beneficiaries’ learning ability to ensure that the needs of beneficiaries are met.
4. Weekend training: Our weekend training programme is held from Friday through to Sunday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm and runs for a period of six (6) months. Its goal is to offer literacy and formation programmes as well as technology training and job opportunities. The heart of the programme is technology training. Beneficiaries are taken through state-of-the-art computer application: Microsoft Office and upgrade to website development, computer repairs, networking, graphic design, etc. Once this has been achieved, beneficiaries are placed in internship programmes with the help of our internship partners (corporate and retail firms)for a period of time before graduating.
5. Internship: Ihope beneficiaries earn jobs with the support of our business partners through the internship programme. This programme is a requirement for graduating
