_ In 2014 after a long term teaching, examination was conducted and Draw a computer mouse was number (1). Ignorantly as i was marking my eye was captured by an amazing drawing and i approached him the next day and ask him what a computer mouse is and he drew mouse (animal) was kicked with surprise but realised he had no idea of what he was doing.. And this might be the effects of Non Teaching Aids/Materials/Resouces.
_ The major responsibility of every effective teacher is to prepare an effective learning or lesson. The teacher must be well informed about teaching Aids/materials/resouces and their importance in order to apply it skillfully for learner's optimum satisfaction and understanding of lesson. This means is a collaborative measure depending on

TEACHING AIDS/MATERIALS/RESOUCES: As we all know that today's age is the age of science and technology. The teaching learning programs have also been affected by it. The process of teaching- learning depends upon the the different type of equipment in the classroom.
_ Needs of Teaching a Aids
1. Students can learn better when they are motivated properly through teaching aids.

2. Every individual has the tendency to forget. Proper use of teaching aids helps to retain more concepts permanently.

3. Teaching aids create the environment of interest for the students.

4. Teaching aids help develop the proper image when the students see, hear, taste and smell properly.

There are many aids available these days. We may classify these aids as follows-
1. Visual Aids :The aids uses sense of vision. For example :~ actual objects, models, Pictures, charts, maps, overhead projecters etc..

2. Audio Aids :The aids that involves the sense of hearing are called Audio aids. For example :~ radio, tape recorders, gramophones etc...

And then all these must be contrarily to his or her professional training, practice, knowledge of context and Experience which gives grounds to show competency. It's a great pleasure to see your efforts yield result. Teaching is the act of imparting knowledge and skills into an individual.. There are three Keypoint which i will lay more emphasis on it.
1. Act is the process of behaving in a certain manner, conduct comport oneself. This means that teachers should teach pupil's to behave in a way they want them to be and not vice versa
2. Imparting knowledge. To impart is to transfer and knowledge is also the psychological result of perception, learning and reasoning. This means that as pro-teachers we should be able to transfer into the individuals new ideas that will make them capable of thinking
3. Skills is an ability that has been acquired by training to produce solutions to some problem domain.
All these things are the necessities that enables/equipes the individual to overcome any obstacles in the eye. Therefore we are to take our time to deliver diligently. ....
