Yes you can! i can ! so We can !

Man is they say, "is the Measure of all things" and so you are.
People continue to say they are, and what they want to be.. And thus i am this and i am that. Some even go the extra mile i used to be rich, i used to be hardworking, i used to be focused". If so then whats the present now??
"Pythagoras, an acient greek philosopher and Mathematian claimed that man has the power to decide chosing from two alternate views right or wrong. Begin to raise your standard. Do be in your past. Don't cheer up your mediocrity: but seize the opportunity to be good and excellent. The spirit of innovation and excellence is only birthed after concious, purposeful and persistent actions. You have to lift the bar. Open up to new ideas and information so you last a longer-term. Research on your own and become a master of your field.

_ In 2014 after a long term teaching, examination was conducted and Draw a computer mouse was number (1). Ignorantly as i was marking my eye was captured by an amazing drawing and i approached him the next day and ask him what a computer mouse is and he drew mouse (animal) was kicked with surprise but realised he had no idea of what he was doing.. And this might be the effects of Non Teaching Aids/Materials/Resouces.
_ The major responsibility of every effective teacher is to prepare an effective learning or lesson. The teacher must be well informed about teaching Aids/materials/resouces and their importance in order to apply it skillfully for learner's optimum satisfaction and understanding of lesson. This means is a collaborative measure depending on

(i) Students

(ii)Teacher

(iii)Layout

TEACHING AIDS/MATERIALS/RESOUCES: As we all know that today's age is the age of science and technology. The teaching learning programs have also been affected by it. The process of teaching- learning depends upon the the different type of equipment in the classroom.
_ Needs of Teaching a Aids
1. Students can learn better when they are motivated properly through teaching aids.

2. Every individual has the tendency to forget. Proper use of teaching aids helps to retain more concepts permanently.

3. Teaching aids create the environment of interest for the students.

4. Teaching aids help develop the proper image when the students see, hear, taste and smell properly.

There are many aids available these days. We may classify these aids as follows-
1. Visual Aids :The aids uses sense of vision. For example :~ actual objects, models, Pictures, charts, maps, overhead projecters etc..

An Effective Teacher

From ancient times teachers have stand tall in knowledge importations. As a leader who has techniques to help students to "make sense of" learning or lesson's therefore must possess the following characteristics and qualifications. The effectiveness of a teacher must based
1. Communication and personal characteristics 2. Skills
3. Knowledge
4. Experience
And then all these must be contrarily to his or her professional training, practice, knowledge of context and Experience which gives grounds to show competency. Again these traits makes the teacher more effective in approach and receptive to teaching and learning appropriately. .That is knowing what to do and how to do it to achieve maximum results. It's a great pleasure to see your efforts yield result. This is much possible with professional training and the level of ones awareness of responsibility in and facilitating brings efficiency whiles teacher ignite learning interest in students. Again teacher must possess some specialized knowledge in the area of teaching, skills and intervention skills

What is teaching? ??
Teaching is the act of imparting knowledge and skills into an individual.. There are three Keypoint which i will lay more emphasis on it.
1. Act is the process of behaving in a certain manner, conduct comport oneself. This means that teachers should teach pupil's to behave in a way they want them to be and not vice versa
2. Imparting knowledge. To impart is to transfer and knowledge is also the psychological result of perception, learning and reasoning. This means that as pro-teachers we should be able to transfer into the individuals new ideas that will make them capable of thinking
3. Skills is an ability that has been acquired by training to produce solutions to some problem domain.
All these things are the necessities that enables/equipes the individual to overcome any obstacles in the eye. Therefore we are to take our time to deliver diligently. ....
