FRUITS VEGETABLES DAY - PRESCHOOL (THURSDAY, 30TH NOVEMBER, 2023)
“An apple a day keeps the doctor away”
“Every time you eat a fruit is an opportunity to nourish your body and health”
With the objective to create and educate children about the importance and consumption of fruits, Fruits and Vegetables Day was organized for the Preschoolers.

The occasion was used to teach kids the health benefits of fruits and vegetables – Nature’s most amazing foods.
Our little ones also learnt more about the taste, smell, color and texture of each fruit. Children clearly understood the importance of washing the fruits and vegetables before eating or cooking them .

The kids sang the fruit rhymes with great zest, enthusiasm and vigour, enjoying the moments of joy and happiness in the company of their mates & teachers.

To this end, the kids were found to be quite thrilled and were positive on the fact that fruits and vegetables are better than junk foods.
