Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
100g butter
2/3 cups milk
500g double cream
500g cream cheese
300g icing sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract

This creamy homemade Magnum-style ice cream is made with simple ingredients, natural sugars from banana, and coated in dark chocolate with crunchy almonds. No refined sugar, no additives — just real food.

Ingredients (Makes 4 bars):
2 ripe bananas (about 240 g / 8.5 oz)
150 g (½ cup) Greek yogurt
2 tbsp (30 g / 1 oz) peanut butter
60 ml (¼ cup) milk of choice
½ tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate coating:
150 g (5 oz) dark chocolate (85% recommended)
30 g (½ cup) chopped almonds
Preparation:
Add bananas, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, milk, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 4–5 hours until fully firm.
Melt the dark chocolate gently and stir in the chopped almonds.
Remove frozen bars from molds and dip each bar into the melted chocolate almond coating. Allow the chocolate to set for a few seconds until hardened.
Serve immediately or store in the freezer.

Calories: ~260 kcal

Carbohydrates: 22 g
Fat: 16 g

Step 1: Prep the Cake
Bake your cake, then cover it smoothly with mousse or buttercream.
Chill in the fridge until firm and freeze for at least 4 hours.
A frozen cake is what mirror glaze works on.
Step 2: Make the Glaze
You will need:
1 cup sugar
½ cup water
½ cup condensed milk
1 tbsp powdered gelatin
½ cup cold water for gelatin
1 cup chopped white chocolate
Gel food colouring
Bloom gelatin in cold water.
Heat water and sugar until just simmering, then stir in condensed milk and add gelatin.
Pour over the chocolate, let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
Add food colouring and carefully blend to remove bubbles.
Step 3: Pour the Glaze
Cool glaze to 32–35°C.
Place the frozen cake on a wire rack.
Pour from the centre outward and allow excess glaze to drip.
Trim the edges and transfer onto a cake board.
Step 4: Chill & Serve
Chill for 1–2 hours.
Before slicing, let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
