Ghana NATIONALS 2015 July 24-31. Our CHIEF ADJUDICATOR:
JUSTICE MOTLHABANI
Justice has spoken, debated, organised, adjudicated and coached at almost all major debate tournaments in the World. These include the World Universities Debating Championships, The World Peace Invitation Debate, The World Schools Debating Championships, The World Individuals Debating and Public Speaking Championships, the IDEA World Youth Forum, The UN ITU World Youth forum among others.
He is founder and twice convenor of the Pan-African Universities Debating Championship (PAUDC). In December 2008, he convened the first PAUDC comprising 10 African countries and replicated that role in 2009.
AS AN ADJUDICATOR:
He broke to the finals of the World Individual Debating and Public Speaking Championships in Lithuania.

He has attended no less than 6 World Universities Debating Championships and various other international events. He was the first black Convenor of the World Championships.

News: currently on going is The Ghana Debate open 2014. Two weeks to round it off. It has been a very good training programme so far for new universities and students, having been introduced to the British parliamentary debate format. Semi finals and finals are up for the two weeks remaining respectively. With most appreciation to God and all concern the Association is proud to announce the Agreement signing ceremony that came off this morning between the Pro Chancellor of Knustford University at his office East Legon: being for the benefit of the Ghana Debate Open 2014 31 october to november 26, 2014. the package would extend and cover nine weeks of debating and television production for team and universities participating. this is meant to reach the wider audience at home and get the sense of critical thinking. Notification To All Debaters. This notice is served to all debaters in west,, south,, central, east, north Africa and beyond. Debate Ghana. Association has been forced to respond publicly given the level of emails, calls and messages from fellow debaters and institutions in Africa in this short while of whether the Debate Ghana Association is organising a second Nationals in Ghana October 20-7 shortly after organising the main one in June/ July which is yet to be broadcast on television. All should note that the Association is not in anyway organising any second nationals as the only nationals it puts up is the GHANA TERTIARY DEBATING CHAMPIONSHIP which is of broadcast worthy. debaters are hereby given notice that any news of a second Nationals of debate in Ghana is not from the Association as it cannot organise two nationals in a year for One country. It is another group organising this. Without unity development stagnates
