A fair play for all
The International Labour Organization (ILO) mandates fair treatment of workers in all fields. Citizens have shared their workplace experiences. The ILO conventions promote fair labor practices and protect workers' rights. Which ones do you know?
1. Forced Labour (No. 29): Prohibits all forced labor.
2. Abolition of Forced Labour (No. 105): Abolishes and penalizes forced labor.
3. Equal Remuneration (No. 100): Ensures equal pay for equal work.
4. Discrimination (No. 111): Bans discrimination in employment.
5. Minimum Age (No. 138): Sets a minimum working age to prevent child labor.
