and work. Can we keep the conversation going about breastfeeding? Can we designate a pumping space for new mothers in the work place? Can we offer flexible work schedules; Extended breaks? Can we develop and communicate supportive policies for breastfeeding and pumping? Can we consider remote work options for new mothers?

Breastfeeding might require one to make some
adjustments and plan effectively. Remember that every situation is unique, so find what works best for you and your baby.

Prior to delivery of my boys, i just watched videos on how to breastfeed. I didn't attend any classes or seek counselling. I thought I could do it on my own😂😂😂😂

Fast forward the twins arrived and I didn't know how to breastfeed. I had to learn how to breastfeed in my ward: by the help of an aunt, one Midwife, my mum and videos just within two days even though my milk arrived on the fourth day.

Children are a real blessing from God. They are precious and we must cherish them wholeheartedly.

No matter the circumstances surrounding their birth or conception, just remember they are God's gifts to you the parent. Be a good steward of this gift from God.
