Claiming non-existent or exaggerated medical conditions to obtain a policy or increase benefits.

Staging a death or using a false death certificate to claim benefits for Covered Life or Policy Holder.

🎯 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 :
Having someone else take medical exams or impersonate the insured person.

🎯𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒:
Providing false information about beneficiaries to divert the payout.

Committing murder to collect the life insurance benefit.

Frequently replacing policies with new ones.This might be with intention for the commissions growth for the agent and potential fraud.

🎯 𝐏𝐑𝐄-𝐄𝐗𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
Concealing pre-existing medical conditions that would affect the policy approval or premium rates.

Misleading about the cause of death, especially if it’s a cause not covered by the policy.

These fraudulent activities can result in the following:

Once you have submitted all required documents and forms, the insurance company will review your Claim. Investigation are Carried out.
This process can take some time because they confirm from all state holders to Confirm if the Claim is Genuine.
