UGSRC under the auspices of the Women’s Commissioner organized a seminar for women in sports. ⚽️🏀🥇🥇The theme for the event was “Enhancing the participation of women in sports and clearing the misconceptions.”

Coach Nii Sackey, Mary Yahaya, Miss Ewoenam Yakor and Ghanaian football player, Samuel Inkoom were the speakers for the event.

Ladies who participated in the event were very excited because it was the first of its kind. Those who performed excellently during the seminar were awarded medals for their contributions🥇🥇

Items such as water bottles, towels and swimming glasses were donated to the UG Sports Vice Secretary and her team to serve as a motivation to the ladies🤩🤩
