THE ALLOCATION OF THIS SLOTS ARE BASED ON YOUR PREFERRED LOCATION

The salary range for Ghana Education Service (GES) teachers varies based on qualifications, rank, and years of service. Here are some salary ranges for different levels:

- *Diploma Holders:*
- Monthly salary: GHC 2,732.01 (gross), GHC 2,239.96 (net)
- Entry-level position: Senior Superintendent II
- *Degree Holders:*
- Monthly salary: GHC 3,459.20 (gross), GHC 2,811.20 (net)
- Entry-level position: Principal Superintendent
- *Mid-Level Teachers:*
- Principal Superintendent: salary varies based on level and experience
- *Senior Positions:*
- Assistant Director II: GHC 4,163.96 (gross), GHC 3,340.61 (net)
- Assistant Director I: GHC 4,530.13 (gross), GHC 3,602.11 (net)
- Deputy Director: GHC 5,361.92 (gross), GHC 4,196.11 (net)
- Director General: GHC 10,523.46 (gross), GHC 7,882.13 (net)

Keep in mind that these figures are based on the Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS) and may have changed due to recent salary increases. In 2024, there was a 23% salary increase for GES teachers, with a further 25% increase planned for July 2024 ¹ ².

GES Recruitment Update – 2025

The Ghana Education Service (GES) recruitment process for 2025 has been approved and will begin soon. Interested applicants are advised to take note of the following:

1. GTLE Qualified Teachers – Applicants who have passed the Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) and have all required documents should contact us for support with posting.

2. 2024 Recruited Teachers – Teachers posted last year who have not yet received their Staff ID should get in touch for assistance.

3. Pending Applications & Masterlist Issues –

Applicants whose status remained pending last year.

Applicants who received appointment letters but were not captured in the masterlist.
Such persons should reach out for guidance.

4. New Applicants – Both Diploma and Degree holders interested in applying for the ongoing recruitment can contact us for assistance.

5. Non-Teaching Staff – Opportunities are also available for those seeking administrative and other non-teaching positions.
