*Qualification* :
● Graduate, HND, or diploma certificate.
● Experience in similar field enumeration roles.
● Familiarity with the use of an Android tablet.
● Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
● The ability to recognize and develop networks and communicate effectively with various stakeholders such as local authorities, communities, and community groups.
● Excellent knowledge of the geographical locations of communities in a chosen district.
● Proposed candidates should speak the local dialect of the District.
● Experience in previous mobile technology data collection is a MUST.
● Must be willing to show Decorum behavior in all Duties, and to Authorities.

The Institute of Research, Innovations and Development - IRID of the Kumasi Technical University, KsTU Ghana has partnered to sharpen and professionalize CEMENT END-USER ARTISANS (Masonry, Tillers, Concrete molders, and Block molders etc). In all, over 1200 artisans are expected to be trained at five training centers across the country.

We expect the beneficiary artisans to Excel and become professional products of the Kumasi Technical University. They must endeavor to use the tried and tested quality CIMAF Smart Cement in all their construction activities in order to reduce incidence of construction failure.

The partnership shall also focus on a national advocacy on concrete vs asphalt roads, a Nationwide Research and internship opportunities for staff and students of the Chemical Engineering as well as the Building Technology departments of the Kumasi Technical University.
