I’m not your typical parenting coach.
I am a certified Project Management Professional and Technical Product Manager with a background in software and civil engineering.
I have spent years leading high-performing tech teams, and I can tell you for free that you can feel respected at work, recognized for what you do… and still come back home feeling like a failure or an absentee mom.
That feeling can be defeating.
And I personally refuse to believe that a woman must shrink her ambitions to become a “good mother.”
So I researched, studied, experimented, and tested what it really looks like for a mom to thrive at work and still lead intentionally at home without feeling like she is losing it.
And that’s how I created the Lit Parenting Signature Framework.
It is built on a deep understanding of human behaviour,
child psychology,
systems thinking,
home management and structure,
emotional intelligence,
and spiritual intelligence—while honoring our values, especially as Africans.
We have coached African moms across Africa, Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia.
We currently serve a community of over 6,000 parents—and we’re still counting.

Children are shaped by the environment they grow in.
This is why parenting is not only about teaching or correcting behaviour.
It is about being intentional with the environment we are creating.
Because over time, that environment is what forms your child’s responses, habits, and character.
If you want to be intentional about the environment you are creating for your children before they become teenagers.
