EN We regularly emphasize that the basis of our classes is Konstantinov's Method, and that the effectiveness of this approach has been recognized by specialists and educators worldwide.
But then why isn't the use of this methodology widespread everywhere? 🤔
It is difficult to implement it in mass educational institutions due to the requirements placed on the teacher. After all, the goal of this method is not simply to present the material and reinforce it with a set of exercises, but to teach students how to explore and develop the skill of independent work.
When selecting forms of work with students, the mathematicians at Prime Number School take into account the following factors: the student's level of achievement, their attitude towards the subject, their work pace, their level of preparedness, their discipline, and their individual characteristics❗️
Only in the case of interest and "psychological comfort" can a student assimilate knowledge and unfold as an individual during the educational process.
Therefore, the tasks for the club's teachers look something like this:
✔️Creating the necessary classroom climate in which all students are capable of showcasing themselves and unleashing their potential.
✔️Simulating situations in which the student feels emotionally connected to their own activities and the activities of others.
✔️Building a trusting relationship between the teacher, the student, and the subject matter, based on respect for the individual and a thirst for knowledge.
We are confident that a love for mathematics is primarily the teacher's responsibility 👨🏫, and it seems that the teachers at Prime Number School are doing an excellent job with it! 🙌🏻
RU Мы регулярно рассказываем, что в основе наших занятий лежит метод листков Константинова, а еще о том, что эффективность такого подхода признана специалистами и педагогами во всем мире.
Но тогда почему, использование этой методики не распространено повсеместно? 🤔
Ее сложно реализовать в массовых образовательных учреждениях из-за требований к учителю. Ведь задача такой методики не изложить материал и закрепить его набором упражнений, но научить исследовать и подарить навык самостоятельной работы.
Подбирая формы работы с учениками, математики Prime Number School учитывают: уровень его успеваемости, отношение к предмету, темп работы, степень подготовленности, отношение к дисциплине и индивидуальные особенности❗️
Только в случае интереса и «психологического комфорта» ученик может освоить знания и раскрыться как личность в ходе образовательного процесса.
Поэтому задачи для учителей клуба выглядят примерно так:
✔️создание в классе необходимого климата, при котором все учащиеся будут способны показать себя с лучшей стороны и раскрыть свой потенциал;
✔️моделирование ситуации, при которой ученик чувствовал эмоциональную сопричастность к собственной деятельности и деятельности других;
✔️выстраивание доверительных отношений между учителем и учеником и наукой, основанных на уважении личности и тяге к знаниям.
Мы уверены, что любовь к математике — это в первую очередь задача учителя 👨🏫 И кажется, преподаватели Prime Number School отлично с нею справляются!
