Hello! It is Benetton club. For you, we have prepared a checklist of what to bring with you to training so that it goes comfortably 💙
1. Comfortable sportswear and shoes
2. T-shirt, shorts or tennis skirt. because mostly we play outdoors - choose white cotton clothes so as not to overheat
2. Take a cap for training even on cloudy days
3. Water bottle
4. Sub protection with spf 30+ (the higher the better - we recommend «La roche-posay» 50+)
5. Wristband
For intense training, you can add a terry cloth wristband to wipe sweat from your face without touching it with your hands
