We’re making a final call for responses to support Emily Flint, a member of our Agri team, with her final-year dissertation.

Her research focuses on how Welsh farmers are responding to recent Inheritance Tax (IHT) reforms—and every response really counts at this stage.

Ystradfellte show committee are very sorry we have had to cancel this years show . We know lots of you have been busy working on your entries for the art , craft , gardening ,cookery etc , classes and we would love to see them . Please post your hard work in the comments on this post .

Despite our best efforts the weather is not cooperating and between a very sodden field and gusty winds we have made the difficult decision to cancel the show on safety grounds. We will be in touch with judges and stewards in due course but we wanted to let everyone know as soon as possible.💨💦💨💦
