And at the heart of it all, our beautiful retreat home in the rural north of Gran Canaria.
This isn't the tourist version of the island.
We will be staying close to Gáldar, amongst mountains, ravines, ancient caves, natural pools, black-sand beaches and landscapes carrying the stories of Gran Canaria's indigenous past.

Hello gorgeous ladies.
On Saturday 5th September, I will be welcoming a small circle of women into Reiki Level 1 – Shoden, through The Wild Feminine Frequency Method™.
This is an intimate, deeply nourishing day at my home, devoted to reconnecting with the healing intelligence already living within you.
Together, we will explore Reiki as a sacred practice of presence, self-healing and energetic remembrance—not simply as something we “do,” but as a frequency we learn to embody.
Reiki 1 ~ Shoden ~ The First Teachings

Before we gather, you will receive two weeks of gentle preparation to help you begin slowing down, clearing space and opening yourself to the teachings and empowerment.
Because this preparation begins soon, enrolment will need to close at the end of this week.
This is not about rushing into a decision. It is an invitation to feel whether this is your time.
If you have been waiting to deepen your relationship with energy, refresh your Reiki journey, strengthen your connection to your intuition and begin a sacred healing practice for yourself, I would love to welcome you.
