We know you all probably feel like you’re having a ✨quarter life crisis ✨ right now, but don’t fret! 👇

Exam season has begun, and revision week is underway, which means that most student’s mental health generally looks a little like this: 📉📉📉📉

Even though it’s mental health awareness week AND revision week in the same week (who scheduled *that*???😗🙄), we hope that if you find yourself struggling with the pressures of exams, revision or assessments, this post can ease your worries a little!!

Remember to drink more water as the weather gets warmer, keep a healthy daily routine and sleep schedule (I say as I post this at 4am - oops!?), and make time to hang out with your friends!!

Everyone deserves and needs a break!! Take a friend out on a walk, or ask your flat/housemate if they want to eat lunch or dinner together!!!

Stay healthy, and good luck on all of your assessments!! You’re all gonna SMASH them!!!🫶😚
