Today has been a day of celebration, not only have our certificates from Little Vikings arrived for Best Nursery and Special Recognition but we have hosted a mini baby shower for Stacey who will be going on maternity leave on Friday in preparation for the arrival of her baby girl.

Stacey wants to pass on her appreciation for her gifts and well wishes.

As part of our Elklan training, all of the staff have been busy creating their very own Story Baskets and we’re so excited to share them with the children! 📚🧺✨

Story Baskets are a wonderful way to bring books to life, helping children develop their language, imagination, and early communication skills through hands on play and exploration. Each basket is filled with carefully chosen objects linked to a favourite story, encouraging children to retell, act out, and engage with the tale in their own unique way.

We can’t wait to use them during group times, small world play and one to one moments with the children. The creativity and care our team have put into these baskets is incredible, and we’re so proud of the learning opportunities they’ll help us offer✨
